From next monday the 2nd of April this will be our class timetable at MyFit with the intention of adding more classes In the future 🏋

Our classes have a great mixture of goals from aiming to burn bodyfat and help you tone to building that booty (bum) or why not come along and do some boxing or you could attend a boxing circuit class which is a little different as it has both pads and a boxing circuit at the end these type of classes will help really improve your general health and fitness 😀

Folks to book in its a matter of phoning the club a day in advance to confirm your space

We simply want classes that will push you but at the same time challenge you 💪
